HOUSING INFORMATION
Special Information Regarding Hotel Room Blocks:
• Due to the size of this tournament, we have set up room blocks at 3 area hotels.
• Obviously where you stay is ultimately your choice. However, please consider using the
hotels where we have blocked rooms for the following reasons:
o Rates we have locked in are some of the best in the area for the types of rooms we need.
o Most importantly, if we can fill these room blocks, it will ultimately help keep tournament
registration costs from rising.
I am able to put some stats staff and extra tournament officials in the “comp rooms”
that we get based on the number of rooms picked up within the block.
o Thus, if you are able to stay at one of the designated hotels, please do so.
• If you find out a hotel is full, please check the others.
• All the Hotels provide Breakfast, check with the hotel for start time. Also, the Ferguson
Youth Group is planning to offer a low budget breakfast at the church for those who wish to
take advantage of it.
Pertinent information for each hotel can be found on the following pages of this document.
Once you have set your room reservations please communicate that information to
the Tournament Director by phone or email.
